SPONSORSHIPS AND PLAYBILL ADS

Touring Broadway shows are very expensive to bring to Grand Rapids, and Broadway Grand Rapids is a non-profit organization. Ticket prices only cover about half the cost to bring these shows here. Sponsorships and playbill advertising, in addition to other fundraising activities, help subsidize the cost of these shows to keep ticket prices affordable for all incomes.

Business leaders may demonstrate their corporate citizenship and commitment to the professional performing arts by supporting Broadway Grand Rapids. Sponsorships give a business exceptional visibility, whether they are the title sponsor or supporting sponsor of a show, because of the high-quality advertising and marketing materials provided by each touring show. Season sponsorships are also welcomed.

Playbill advertising (PDF file) is a cost-effective way to reach a diverse, well-educated audience, as well as supporting the Broadway series in Grand Rapids. A customized issue of ON STAGE, the official playbill of Broadway Grand Rapids, is designed and published for each exciting show. You can update or change your ad for each show’s playbill.

Monetary donations are always appreciated! In-kind donations and trades for services or goods that Broadway Grand Rapids needs are also welcomed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
